Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We collect as little as possible: enough to read your enquiry and reply to it, and nothing else.
Who this policy is from
This policy explains how UDon Enterprises Ltd. handles personal information collected through udonltd.com.
Registered company name, registration number and registered address pending confirmation. Those details will be published here once supplied, and this policy will be updated at the same time.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer an enquiry. When you use the enquiry form, that is:
- the name you give us
- an email address or telephone number, so we can reply
- the message you write
- the page the enquiry was sent from
- the date and time it was received
We do not ask for a postal address, a date of birth, or any financial detail, and there is no marketing sign up on this site.
Why we hold it
We hold it for one reason: to read your enquiry and respond to it. That is the only purpose it is used for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are written to the database of this website, which is hosted by Hostinger. They are readable only by people with an administrator account on the site.
Your enquiry is stored first and any email notification is sent afterwards, so a mail problem cannot cause an enquiry to be lost.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. A specific retention period is pending confirmation by the client and will be stated here.
Who else can see it
The website is hosted by Hostinger, which necessarily processes the data that passes through the site in order to run it. Beyond the hosting provider, enquiries are not passed to anyone.
There is no analytics, advertising, tracking pixel or embedded third party media on this site. If that changes, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated before it does.
Your rights
The Data Protection Act 2011 governs personal information in Trinidad and Tobago. It is only partially in force: a set of sections was proclaimed in 2012 and the remainder has not been. We apply its principles regardless.
If you are contacting us from the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR may also apply to your information. In that case our lawful basis for holding your enquiry is legitimate interest: you asked us a question and we are answering it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the enquiry form and say what you want.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Administrator access is limited to accounts that need it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the review date below is updated.
How to reach us
Use the enquiry form. A published email address will be added once mail is configured on the domain and tested.
