Cookie policy
There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing here that requires consent.
An honest cookie policy is a short one when a site does not track anyone.
The short version
This site does not set any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing here that needs consent.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. It can be used to remember something useful, or to follow you between sites. Only the first kind is used here.
What this site actually uses
Strictly necessary items only:
- Security and form integrity. WordPress issues a short lived token with the enquiry form so that a submission can be checked as genuine.
- Caching. The site uses LiteSpeed Cache to serve pages quickly. It does not identify you or follow you.
- If you log in as an administrator, WordPress sets session cookies to keep you logged in. This does not apply to ordinary visitors.
Strictly necessary items of this kind do not require consent, because the site cannot sensibly work without them.
What this site does not use
No Google Analytics or any other analytics. No advertising or remarketing tags. No social media pixels. No embedded video, map or font from a third party that would set a cookie.
Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so no request leaves the site to load them.
If this changes
Adding analytics, advertising or embedded third party media would change the position. If that happens, a consent mechanism that blocks those items until you agree will be added at the same time, and this page will be rewritten to match. It will not be added quietly.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you view and delete cookies, and block them. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop the enquiry form working.
Questions
