Service lists on this site describe intended scope. The scope of any actual project, along with its price, programme and terms, is set out in a written quotation and agreed before work begins.
Engineering and regulated work
In Trinidad and Tobago the Engineering Profession Act, Chapter 90:01 establishes the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago as the licensing authority for the profession.
Nothing on this site is a representation that UDon Enterprises Ltd. or any individual associated with it holds BOETT registration, professional engineer status, or a right to certify engineering work. Registration status is pending confirmation. Where a project requires a registered engineer, that requirement is identified and arranged as part of the project.
Quotations and enquiries
An enquiry sent through this site is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and a quotation becomes binding only when it is issued in writing and accepted.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, code and design of this site belong to UDon Enterprises Ltd. or are used with permission. The company name and logo are the property of UDon Enterprises Ltd. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
The provenance and licence of the three photographic panels used in the home page graphic are pending confirmation. They are illustrative and do not depict projects carried out by UDon Enterprises Ltd.

We aim to keep the site available and its content current. From time to time it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Governing law and jurisdiction pending confirmation of the country of registration. On the basis that the company is registered in Trinidad and Tobago, these terms are governed by the law of Trinidad and Tobago and its courts have jurisdiction. This clause is updated as soon as registration is confirmed.
